Terms and Conditions of Sale
* A $500 minimum deposit is required on purchases per horse. Deposits are non-refundable.
* Upon deposit a contract must be signed with the terms of the sale (contract can be e-mailed to be signed and returned).
*Payment plans can be arrangend but must be made prior to deposit and will not last longer then 3 months. Horse will not leave until paid in full and buy WILL be responsable for board.
* Prices and availability are subject to change. Flying M Ranch reserves the right to refuse any sale, if we feel it's in the best interest of the horse.
* We will accept cash, money order, or check. Check must clear the bank before sales horse will be allowed to leave seller's property.
* Shipping fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer, as well as Health Certificate.
* Any horse not paid in FULL in 30 days will be put back up for sale and deposit is lost.
